The station is located at the back of the Beach bar Konstanz on the HTWG campus. Access via the low-traffic street Webersteig.
For Lake Constance, we would like to point out the following:
On Lake Constance, outside the 300-metre shore zone, it is compulsory to carry or wear a life jacket (life-saving equipment and buoyancy aids EN ISO 12402-5).

Station-Highlights:
Beach bar, historic buildings along the Seerhein (Rheintorturm, Pulverturm, Bleiche Stromeyersdorf, Alter Wasserturm) and Seerhein estuary with the Seestraße (upstream of the Rhine), Wollmatinger Ried nature reserve (downstream of the Rhine).
Location info:
Easy access via the boat launch site at Webersteig (20 metres away). The adjacent Strandbar Konstanz is the place to be in good weather during the summer months, with a wide selection of cocktails, long drinks, beers, wines and non-alcoholic beverages, so that you can drop into one of the comfortable deckchairs directly on the Seerhein at sunset and relax with your feet in the sand. Toilets are available during the opening hours of the Seezeit Mensa HTWG and the Seezeit Strandbar Konstanz. Parking in Constance is best found in the P&R car parks at the Europabrücke bridge on both sides of the Rhine. The Europahaus/Schänzle car park is about a 10-minute walk along the Seerhein.
